If it appears that you are missing and item from your order, we want to make sure that we address is as quickly as possible. Sometimes however an item is not missing but shipped separate or even tucked away within the packaging.
Possible causes of missing items
- Part of the order was shipped at a separate time or in another package.
- Some prints may be tucked away behind other prints.
- Some prints might be attached or sandwiched between sheets of corrugation that might look like packaging material.
- Item was mistakenly not included.
If you do not find the missing items, please let us know as soon as possible so we can investigate further, locate and get any missing items to you as soon as possible.
